Introduced in release 70, Single Sign On (SSO) means that once you have logged in to the Engage client on a device while the clinical system is open, your Engage client account will be associated with your clinical system account.

The next time you log in to the clinical system on the same device, using the same Windows account and clinical system ID, the Engage client will start and log you in automatically.

SSO is available immediately upon release, meaning you won't need to install or set up any additional software.

If you sign in to a new device on your account, you will need to sign in as normal. This is because the required file will not be saved on your device.

This could potentially mean that if you use a shared Windows account with other staff in your organisation but a unique Engage Client login, you could be inadvertently logged into another profile.
