Temporary Disruption to Engage Touch services for Vision users across Wales
We have been made aware of a disruption to Engage Touch services following the rollout of a new server version by Vision. To date a small number of users have advised us that this update is impacting the availability of Engage Touch. We understand the importance of uninterrupted service for your operations and want to assure you that we are taking immediate action to address this issue.
To resolve the reported issues, we will be making our teams available to affected sites and conducting simple dial-in sessions. These sessions will quickly rectify any issues caused by the server update and restore normal functionality to your Engage Touch services.
