Getting Started
When you first install Engage Arrive onto your check in screen, or first power on one of our Engage Arrive Andriod Kiosks, you'll see this screen.
To activate your new check in screen you'll need to register it via the Engage Management Console within the Engage Client you can log into the client here
If you don't have an account please contact Engage Support via this portal, or on 01263 834 648
Once logged in you can access the Management Console from the burger menu in the top right hand corner
Opening the menu and clicking "Management Console" as above will take you through to the management console, it will open on the "Appointment Arrival Section"
From the Menu on the left click "Touchscreens" to open the touchscreen management page
From here you can register your screen by inputting the 4 digit code displayed on the check in screen into the "Touchscreen Code" box and click "Save" this will refresh the check in screen and make it available for use straight away.
