How to Configure a Touchscreen IP Address - Windows 10
Introduction
This guide is applicable for Windows 10 only.
You will need a free/available IP address and the relevant details for your network. If you do not have this, you will likely need to contact your IT department to gather this information.
Instructions
On the bottom edge of the Touchscreen, next to the red power button is a USB slot.
Borrow a USB keyboard (if necessary from another workstation) and carefully plug it into the Touchscreen.
Press the Caps lock button on the keyboard. If a light turns on, the keyboard is receiving power.
Press on the screen with your finger then press the ESC button on the keyboard
Now that the desktop is displaying, press the Windows button on your keyboard
Type network and a list of options will display.
Press with your finger on the Network status option
Select the Change adapter options button with your finger
Double tap on the Ethernet icon
Press the Properties button

Highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) by pressing it once, then press the Properties button.
To configure the screen DHCP, the Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically should be selected.
To configure a static IP address, select Use the following IP address and Use the following DNS server addresses.
You will now be able to enter the relevant information.
After this is done, press OK on all subsequent boxes to confirm the change.
