Ensure you are logged in as a SystmOne Administrator account that has the rights to create a new staff member.
Click Setup > Users & Policy > Staff & Organisation Setup
Click New Staff
Type a name e.g Engage Health
Under Global Settings, use the following settings:
- User logon name: engagehealth0101
- Time before system lock out: 2 minutes
- Lockout warning prompt: 5 seconds
- Number of invalid password attempts permitted: 5
- Lifetime of password: 90 days
Click Local Settings, under Employment role, select Receptionist
Click Local Access Rights
Ensure the boxes for Retrieves Patients and Saves Records are ticked
Press OK
The account creation is complete and can now be used to login on the Touchscreen.
