This feature can be found in the Settings section.  Placing a tick in the box next to Discreet will ensure all patient information which is displayed on the touchscreen appears in smaller font.  This increases privacy by helping to keep patients' names and contact details less visible by others.

When you've done this, go to the Tools section and press Sync in order to save your change on the touchscreen
