Turning the Touchscreen on

Physically go to the Touchscreen and press the red button underneath it.

Turning the Touchscreen off

It is recommended that you configure the Touchscreen to automatically turn off at a certain time. Click here to view our article describing this process.

If you would like to turn the screen off any other time, you can do so via the Touchscreen Console. Go to the Screens section.

If your Touchscreen is turned on, you should have the options to Power off or Restart.

Restart:

If you need to reboot the screen click on the Restart button. This will send a Windows reboot command to the screen. Please be patient while the screen shuts down.

Power off:

If you need to power the screen off click on the Power off button. This will send a Windows shut down command to the screen. Please be patient while the screen shuts down.

We do not recommend using the physical power button on the screen to turn it off. If you however need to, only give the button a quick push. If you hold the button this forcefully disables the power which can cause it damage.
