Go to the Clinical tab in the Touchscreen console, and click the Import staff from clinical button. This will update the Staff section in your console.

Note: 

If you're using SystmOne, you will need to be logged in to the SystmOne client on the computer where the Touchscreen Console is installed.

If you're using Vision, the Touchscreen will need to be turned on and the Engage Touch software running.
