You can now reset patient passwords from your Engage Consult Desktop Client.
You can access this feature from the "Patients" tab within the Desktop Client.
From here you can search for the patient who needs a password reset, you'll need to enter at least 2 details to get a result.
When you've found the correct patient, the following screen will appear with the option to set a password for the patient.
You'll then need to let the patient know the password that you have set for them. We recommend contacting the patient via telephone, as passwords should never be sent through email.
