To enable working with an external organisation, please log on to your MyWA environment to add other organisations to your external recipients. Do this by opening the 'External' section of 'EnCompass LT'.


Currently the below interface is empty, but when this feature is enabled, you will be able to invite external organisations to view your messages.


You can now share a message with the other Organisation in the same way you would assign a message to a different group or staff member.


Any shared messages will be available under the 'Other Organisations' section inside the messaging environment.
