If the BP Monitor is still under warranty i.e. within 2 years of the purchase date then PMS instruments charge £49 +VAT to supply packaging, collect BP, recalibrate and send back the BP monitor

If the surgery still has the original packaging, the charge for collection, calibration & return is £35 +VAT

Instructions on how to pack the screen can be provided by PMS

After 2 years, the manufacturer recommends that the Monitor is serviced & calibrated annually and PMS offer a Fixed Price Service and Support Plan which includes

Priority unlimited telephone and technical support

Fixed price servicing cost

Fast priority response for all servicing and repairs

Standard service parts and consumables including filters and

Replacement of the cotton cuff inner

Loan equipment (subject to availability & T&C’s)

Supply of premium packing box and material included

Courier collection and return included

Inclusive annual service and calibration to manufacturer’s specification

The cost of service and calibration of your TM-2657P is £225 + VAT including labour, service parts, packing material and courier collection and return as detailed above.

Turnaround time is normally about 5 working days.
