Complaint 

Procedure

To make a complaint please email support@engagehealth.uk to ensure we cover all your concerns. This will automatically be recorded in our customer support ticketing system and you will receive a ticket number for your reference. 

  • put 'Complaint' in the subject line 
  • a clear, detailed description of your complaint 
  • copies of any letters or emails about the matter 
  • any correspondence reference number 
  • your email address

We'll respond to and try to resolve your complaint at the earliest stage possible. 


Escalation

If you feel the response to your complaint isn’t acceptable, you can request escalation. Reply back to the existing ticket or quote the ticket number reference provided upon submitting the initial complaint.
