We understand that sometimes you would like to limit the amount of requests coming into the surgery. Along with your opening times, you can set the limit on medical and admin requests for each day on my.engage.gp.
Please be aware consultations that have been started are allowed to be finished.
For example if you have set a limit of 10, and your counter is at 9 consultations for the day. Two patients start a new consultation minutes before the day ends, they will both be allowed to complete their consultation, resulting in 11 consultations for that day.
