To access the Patient Portal page ensure you have access to the management console. Select the menu tab in the top right corner (Three horizontal lines) and then the Patient Portal option on the left hand side
You then have the options to add a category, add a service, edit service, edit service information page or delete a service. You can also reset to default settings and open your patient portal at the bottom of the page.
Adding a Service:
When adding a service, you will see the options below:
You can add one of our default services available, add one of your own customs questionnaires or add a website link to an additional page. You will see the extra option below:
The title will be the name of the service while the subtext adds additional text below the title for guidance. Once you have added the service it will become available on the patient portal:
Editing the Services:
When clicking the smaller edit icon on the left hand side, this will bring up the same window you would have seen when adding the service initially.
The "Edit Info Page" only exists for standard set services. These are Medical consultations, Admin Queries & Health Data. This info page corresponds to the 1st section a patient will read when clicking the service. Screenshot for guidance below:

Categories:
We have now added the option to categorise your patient portal. This means you can now have specific services listed behind designated category.
For example, all of your medical services could be behind a medical category & and admin behind an admin category.
Click services to services behind the selected category.

Patients Perspective:
Organisations can now add simple questionnaires to the patient portal so patients can submit a questionnaire such as smoking status straight to your practice without you having to send it out to them.
If a patient submits a simple questionnaire to the practice it will show the relevant clinical code that will be attached once you send to the clinical system.
