Multi Point Video

Based on your feedback we have introduced multi-point video calling within Engage Consult for situations which perhaps  require more than two parties to be on the call.  These include but are not limited to:

  • Using a translator or patient advocate (or other meetings where one other individual is required)

  • Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings - e.g. care home reviews

Multi-Point is currently enabled by our support team so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you require any assistance

The video consultation screen is exactly the same as the instance for single video calls however, you are now presented with an option to add phone numbers for the Second and Third participant.

Demand Management 

To help you to manage your patients' expectations we have removed all references to "Same Day Response times" throughout Engage Consult and have replaced this with alternative text which reflects the availability of "Service Hours" for Engage Consult instead.

We would recommend that you pop into the Settings page within and check that your response emails to your patients are reflecting this change.

Engage Toolbar - it's almost here...


We totally get that we are not the first ones to deliver a toolbar, but it was such a cool feature that everybody clearly loves, we decided to jump on the band wagon and create one of our own. This will be an evolving part of Engage Consult so watch out for regular enhancements. Forgot to add that the Engage Toolbar comes with Single Sign On (SSO), meaning that when a user signs into their clinical system the Engage Client will open automatically - once again, less clicks.
