Migration to AWS from UKCloud
Release 86 will change our hosting provider from UKCloud to AWS, other than a planned maintenance window scheduled for 19.00 - 22.00 on Monday 28th November 2022 there will be no disruption to the service.
After the release, the service will be hosted using AWS cloud services in the London region that has Public Services Network(PSN) assurance.
The AWS global infrastructure is built around AWS Regions and Availability Zones. Regions provide multiple physically separated and isolated Availability Zones, which are connected through low-latency, high-throughput, and highly redundant networking. Our services all use the London AWS Region and take advantage of the highly available, fault-tolerant and scalable features of availability zones.
