Update to the Engage Client is required for this release

Visually it is unlikely that you will see many changes in this release however it is an essential part of our preparedness for subsequent releases, specifically 89 and 90 which will be with you over the next 2 - 5 weeks

Request View (Available in Rls 89)

We have attached a short video which will give you some early insight into what the new request view will look like, please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss this in more detail.

Enhancements to the Patient Journey (Available in Rls 90)

You can see in the screen shots displayed below that we have made considerable changes to the patient facing aspect of Engage Consult, not only is this more user friendly (less clunky) but it is aligned with the NHS Style Guide. Rls 88 takes us one step closer to being able to release a new version of the patient journey in its entirety. It is estimated that we should have this with your patients w/c 30th January 2023.

You can see in the screen shot below that we are actively promoting NHS Login as the primary method of accessing the service, should patients not have or wish to use NHS Login they can still submit a consultation via the traditional method.

You can see our planned future developments HERE if there is anything else you would like to see please let us know
