With the Engage Consult Client, you now have the ability to choose how your organisation uploads requests to the clinical system. Either as structured data or as a PDF.
Changing to structured data means the details of the request are added directly to the journal entry, along with the relevant clinical code for the online consultation. Depending on the patient questionnaires, the relevant code associated with the responses will also be uploaded.
Reminder: The patient can be asked the ICE/Custom Questionnaires and/or the Instant Medical History Questionnaires.
Please be aware, SystmOne restricts entries to 6000 characters, sometimes advanced questionnaires exceed this limit.
