Recording an outcome
When completing a request or sending to clinical you will now have the option to add an outcome. The outcomes can be configured by your practice and the detail will be added to the audit log and to the patient's record if you have sent the request to the clinical system.
Configuration of Outcomes
You can choose to use our default outcomes or customise your own for your organisation in the management console.
Total triage enhancements
When creating a request on behalf of the patient you will now have the option to assign the request to a group/colleague prior to submitting.
