We have moved the reports from my.engage.gp to the management console.

 We have also improved the reports so you can view the data easily within the Engage Client.

The reports added are feedback, medical consultations, transactions and usage. It allows you to select a time period of the data you want to display and you can download the reports as CSV files (There are 3 dots in top right corner of the data) see below:




You are able to select specific time periods to view these reports from in the top right corner of the page and also download the reports as a csv file



Reports currently available:

- Feedback - After submitting a medical consultation or admin query, users are offered the chance to submit feedback on their experience. 

- Friends & Family Test - View the anonymous responses for your Friends and Family Test (FFT) questionnaire. 

- Medical Consultations - Use this report to view data for all medical consultations submitted via Engage Consult. 

- Transactions - Use this report to view data for all medical consultations submitted via Engage Consult. 

- Medical Consultations - Use this report to view data for all medical consultations submitted via Engage Consult. 

-Outcomes - When an Engage Consult request is completed, the user has the option to specify the consultation method and outcome. 

- Online Consultations Overview - When an Engage Consult request is completed, the user has the option to specify the consultation method and outcome.
