You can now record outcomes on requests into your relevant clinical system. The outcomes can be configured by your practice and the detail will be added to the audit log and to the patient's record if you have sent the request to the clinical system.

You can configure the outcomes from the management console tab. These can be custom, or you can choose the default options.




You can also generate a report to see the Consultation method recorded as well as the Outcome recorded when the consultation was completed.

To do this, go to the 3 lines menu in the top right of the Engage Desktop Client and choose Management console.

Scroll down the left side menu until you see Reports to click on.

In the main window to the right, choose the heading for "Outcomes"


You can set the required date range you wish to see results for, or scroll down to see the charts for the default time range (usually set to 3 months)
