Scotland updates

We have updated the self-help link shown to patients on the patient portal to display the NHS Inform link for Scottish practices.

We have also added the NHS Scotland logo to the patient portal shown below and in the patient account it will also now display their CHI number.

Simplified patients sign up journey

We have been reviewing patients' feedback and one common theme is that patients find the sign-up journey too long to create an account. To help encourage patients to sign up we have simplified the patient's journey when signing up for an account and for patients accessing the system as a guest-user.

We have also removed the security questions needed to reset a password and from now on accounts cannot share the same email address.

Acknowledging messages

When a message is received from patient/proxy it must be acknowledged, this is a safety system to ensure messages are not missed. To make it easier for you to acknowledge messages from patients we have added the 'Acknowledge' button to the full request view so you don't have to navigate to the messages tab to acknowledge the message. We have also added the button to the send to clinical tab.

Bug fixes

Some customers who are SystmOne users have reported requests not being removed from the unattached requests group this has now been fixed. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Some users are having issues covering groups/colleagues whereby it is not saving the settings. You will still see the requests coming in under 'All'.
