NHS Login Support
For users of NHS Login we have added in a subtle link to the help centre on the Engage Consult login page. This will take your patients off to a form where they can independently submit their enquiry around Login and hopefully prevents them from contacting the practice directly.

Add Clinical Codes to Questionnaires
Our build your own questionnaire function has been available for Vision users for a number of weeks now and initial findings are good - we have now enhanced the feature by enabling you to allocate appropriate clinical codes against your question sets.
Clinical Codes when uploading
If for what ever reason it is not appropriate for you to retain the clinical code recorded against the request. On completion of the request and prior to sending to the clinical you now have the option to deselect.
