You can automatically have an FFT questionnaire sent to the patient following a completed Consultation.
Within the Engage Desktop Client, go to the 3 lines menu in the top left and choose "Management Console"
Scroll down the left menu and click on "Questionnaires" to expand this heading.
In here you will see "Friends and Family Test (FFT)" as an option.
Within here, you can specify which type of messages will trigger an FFT questionnaire to be sent automatically, as well as how long after the consultation has been marked as completed.
Once set, press the Save button
