Any FFT responses you had for Engage Consult can be found in the Reports menu with the Engage Desktop Client.
Go to the 3 lines menu in the top right and choose "Management Console"
Scroll down to "Reports" and click this in the left menu.
Across the top of the main window, you will see a number of report names. Choose Friends & Family Test
This will show you all the replies you have received in the last 90 days, showing the rating given, reason for the answer and any additional comment left by the patient.
It will also show if the patient agreed to allow the comments to be published or not.
You can change the date range by clicking on the "Last 90 days" window above the report and choose a date range under the Absolute menu, or a time period under the Relative Menu and then press the green button at the end of the date window.
