There is a new Desktop Client for this release - v14.15


We've been doing lots of work behind the scenes, improving the Engage Consult journey when accessed from the NHS App. The changes will be replicated in Engage Consult to ensure that we offer the same experience to the patient regardless of where they start their journey. It's not quite ready to be released but we thought we'd give you a sneak peek of some of the changes...


A character count is being added to all text areas so your patients can see clearly how much text is allowed:


Your patients will be able to add up to 3 photographs or files with their request (as they can do currently when using Engage Consult outside of the NHS App):



We're improving the messages page, making it clearer that this is the place to find and follow-up requests that have been sent, including displaying the current status of each request:
