We have now introduced the Engage Arrive feature for our Engage Consult users. This allows patients to check in for their appointments online or through the Engage App.


You will initially need to have the Engage Agent installed to connect to your relevant clinical system. This can be downloaded here:


Install for single user:

Install for all users (will require admin rights):

Installing For All Users

  • Before starting this process please ensure you have full local admin rights on the PC.
  • Download the Engage Agent Setup Deployment Tool from 
    https://download.engage.gp/engage-agent/EngageAgentSetup_DeploymentTool.msi
  • Navigate to your downloads and click the MSI to run it. 
  • You will be prompted for admin rights at this stage, either click "Yes" if logged in as admin or enter admin credentials when prompted.
  • You'll then see this loading splash while the agent is installed.
  • Finally you will be asked to install EMIS Web Api Component, you only need to tick this if you use EMIS web as a clinical
  • If you tick the box to install the API component you will be prompted for admin rights one final time, after which the installer will close and launch the Agent.
  • When the Agent launches it will prompt for your ODS code, just enter this and click Continue.
