Staff setup

As I'm sure you will have noticed we are gradually moving settings from the website into the Management Console of your Engage Client. In this release we've moved Staff,  Groups, and External recipients across, these can now be found in the Advanced section of the Management Console:

Outbound messages

We've given our Outbound messages feature some love and updated the user interface, we've also made it easier to select a template (personal or organisation) on the page where you create your Engage message or SMS:

Patient's messages

With the help of the NHS App team we've reviewed and updated the patients' messages page, we've also made it clearer this is where they can see their sent requests and any responses from you:

The patient can now see the status of each request too.
