Arrive for an appointment in the Engage Consult app
If your patients are using the Engage Consult app (free to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store), and you are using our appointment arrival feature, they will now see a handy 'Appointments' icon on the app's navigation dock which will take them directly to the page to arrive for their appointment:
Appointment arrival on mobile is a service that we are offering free to all customers - contact us if you would like it to be enabled for your practice.
Service toggles
We've done some more work on Demand Management in the Management Console which now includes the ability to disable the medical consultation service or admin query service independently:
This will prevent your patients from accessing these services from the Engage Consult portal, the Engage Consult App or the NHS App should you need to disable either temporarily.
We've taken the opportunity to move things around a little on this page too to make it clearer, the option to limit medical consultations to one problem only can now be found at the top of the page.
