Add additional clinical codes

You can now add additional clinical codes when sending to a patient's clinical record. Begin typing to see matching clinical codes (using the NHS Terminology Server):

Fallback system for message notifications

To ensure that your patients pick up any response that you have sent in a timely fashion, we use a push notification (to our Engage Consult app currently) wherever possible. However, to ensure that the message is not missed, if it remains unread, after 3 hours we will fallback to the notification method chosen when sending the message (email or SMS).

As always we've done some housekeeping in the background on our infrastructure to keep everything running like clockwork and we've made some minor tweaks to ensure that our solution stays accessible.
