To enable Push notifications for the Engage Consult App, you can do the following
Go into Settings icon for the phone/ tablet
Find Notifications in the list
Scroll down the list (usually it will be sorted alphabetically) until you find "Engage Consult" and touch this item.
Press the grey slider shown on the Engage Consult line, so it changes from Grey to Green
(In the screenshot below, Engage Consult notifications are currently disabled, as indicated by the slider on the right being Grey)
Allow Notifications should now be Green (as well as showing more options for Engage Consult (such as Sound, badge and banner style options)
You can now use the Back button in the top left to exit out of these menus or exit the settings via your preferred method
