The Engage Agent is our new tool to handle clinical calls between Engage Health products and the clinical systems, EMIS web and TPP SystmOne.

Once you download the agent simply naviate to your downloads folder and double click to run the installer
You will be offered the choice between installing for all users, or just the logged in user, we recommend installing for all users as this will mean the agent continues to run and do it's job in the background no matter who is logged in, however it does mean you will need administrator rights to install the agent.
The installer will ask you to confirm the install location, as well as giving you a choice whether or not to put a shortcut on the desktop, click through these pages and the agent will then install.
The first time you run the agent, it will ask for you ODS code, pop this in and click okay to pair that agent with your organisation.
If you're installing the agent for engage arrive, you'll need to enable it within the management console.
