Care navigation


Our care navigation feature has been enhanced again! You can now assign or prioritise requests based on the patient concerned. Choose an individual patient, or ceate a group, for example, those patients on your palliative care register, by uploading a csv file containing the list of patients.


Patient portal

Some patients were occasionally experiencing a glitch on the portal where a service button didn't work for them. This was caused by a mixture of new and old code, the old code has now been updated so that little gremlin will be toast!

The list of patients waiting, ready to be called, will now refresh periodically so you'll be aware when someone new arrives:



Messaging


Further to patient feedback, we've removed the confusing status tag they were seeing on a new outbound message, the label is now only displayed on new requests from patients or their responses to outbound messages indicating the status of their request/response:


Other important dev-y stuff


We have automated the execution of accessibility tests to ensure ongoing compliance with WCAG guidelines throughout the development process. Additionally, the removal of outdated virtual resources has been automated, simplifying resource management.
