Our updates to our care navigation now allows you to assign patient requests directly to specific groups or specific uses within the organisation. This can be access through the management console on our care navigation tab on the left hand side:
When you click add rule on the top of the page, it will open the rule window. You will need to select the patient / s option at the bottom of the page:
This will then let you search for patients within your clinical system:
You have the option to select a patient group as a csv upload. These can be directly generated through Emis Web (Link on support article here) or you can download the template at the bottom of the window. This will generate a blank template where you can populate the patients first name, surname, NHS number and DOB:
Once you have selected the patient or patient group, you will then be able to assign any requests that they send directly to a specific group or specific user with a priority attached:
