Engage Agent


For those using Engage Arrive on a touchscreen, you must have the Engage Agent running on a PC in your practice, we've added a helpful error message should your Engage Agent not be online for any reason.


Waiting area allocation


Our appointment arrival solution allows you to assign your clinical staff to different waiting areas allowing you to display directions to the appropriate waiting area when a patient arrives for their appointment. To make this easier we had provided a weekly schedule but we had neglected to add the weekend, forgetting that some of you poor folks are required to work on a Saturday and Sunday (insert facepalm emoji). Sorry about that, all rectified for you now.



Care navigation


When you add new care navigation rules, we now automatically set the assignee to the default 'Incoming Requests' group saving you the bother if you're just using the rule to set the priority of a request, that's a couple less clicks to worry about!

Appointment reminders


We're doing lots of work behind the scenes to prepare for the release of our appointment reminders feature - watch this space! Do give us a shout if you would like to know more and sign up for beta testing.


NHS App push notifications


We're also currently working with the NHS Notify team to gain assurance to use NHS App push notifications to notify users of new responses or outbound messages in the NHS App, reducing your SMS costs and making it less confusing for patients.
