For our customers using Emis or SystmOne, whenever we display the patient's name on a touchscreen, we will now display their 'known as/calling' name as recorded in their clinical record.

You reported that the 7-day BP questionnaire was not correctly recording the average reading against the clinical code, this has now been rectified.

Our patient call feature will soon be available on an Android TV near you! 


We're busy working on the Engage Call app which will be available to download via the Google Play Store, it can be installed on any existing Android TV (or compatible stick). We'll be following the NHS Design Manual, and ensuring that our patient call feature is accessible and user friendly.


Calling patients via their mobile phone is free for all customers, get in touch if you'd like to use this feature or be first in line to try out the new TV app.
