Appointment reminders

We've been doing lots of work in the background and we're almost ready to launch appointment reminders by SMS!

Send SMS reminders for all face-to-face appointments automatically 1 - 7 days prior to the appointment, checking for the patient's consent to receive SMS first. The patient will have the option to cancel the appointment, reducing unnecessary DNAs.
