Introduction
You can configure your Engage Arrive Check-in System to direct patients to specific waiting areas, the waiting area they are sent to is based on which clinician they are seeing. Each clinician can either be assigned to a single waiting room, or you can set up a weekly schedule with 1 or 2 waiting areas per day.

Engage Arrive Settings are accessed via the Engage Client Management Console, for instructions on accessing the management console see our guide here.

The waiting room settings can be found under "Appointment Arrivals" in the "Basic Settings" section of the Management Console.
Editing An Existing Waiting Area
Under the "Waiting Areas" tab you'll see your existing waiting areas, to create a new one see our guide here.
From this tab, you can click the "Edit" button on the waiting room you wish to change, this will bring up the following dialogue box.
From here you can make any changes you need to the name of the waiting room, the name won't be displayed to patients and is used to differentiate the waiting areas or the "Instructions to display to patient" this will be the massage patient will see, so needs to include the name of the waiting room, for example 'Please take a seat in the upstairs waiting room'
Once you're done making your changes, click "Saving waiting are" to save the changes, or "Cancel" to revert to the original settings.
