Patients can now complete a questionnaire on their personal mobile devices while waiting. If the patient has checked in for their appointment using a touchscreen, a QR code will be displayed for easy access to the questionnaire.

Select the questionnaire you want patients to complete in your Management Console, and don't forget you can create your own custom, coded questionnaire:

If appropriate, questionnaire responses (including any clinical codes associated with the answers given) can be sent directly to the patient's record.
