Advanced administrators for the Engage Client can now configure data retention periods in the Management Console. By default, this will be set to never remove for you.


Completed requests and outbound messages will be permanently removed on a nightly schedule if you choose to set this up.



Two-factor Authentication


We're introducing the option to mandate two-factor authentication for staff in the Engage Client. You can stipulate using an authenticator app (accessed via the staff member's personal mobile device) or email:


Once enabled by an advanced administrator in the Management Console, your staff will have to authenticate using a second method each time they login.




We'll give you the tools to support your staff, and you will be able to toggle off for individual staff members should it be necessary.
