Messaging
Send questionnaire response straight to the patient's record
When sending a questionnaire to one or more patients using our outbound messaging feature, you can now opt for the patient's response to be recorded directly to their clinical record without needing to be reviewed.
Any clinical codes associated with the questionnaire or answers will also be recorded.
Care navigation
Our care navigation feature has been enhanced to allow you to prioritise or route requests based on the patient's age.
Engage Arrive
Last name screen
We noticed that patients were having trouble when asked for the first letter of their last name, often selecting the first letter of their first name instead. Therefore, we've taken some advice from the NHS team and amended this screen to make it clearer by highlighting the word 'last' and adding some additional hint text.
Reset password issue
We became aware of an issue with the password reset facility when using our Engage Consult app on iOS devices, this has now been fixed.
Performance issues
We have made some changes to address the performance issues experienced by some of our customers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for being patient whilst we worked hard to rectify these for you.
