Patients can now confirm that their contact details are correct when checking in for an appointment via the touchscreen. Patients will be asked to confirm that the contact details held on their clinical record are correct, they will be directed to reception to update their details. This can be enabled via the management console as below.




Bug Fixes

  • Inactive Patient Matching: Resolved an issue where the Engage Client allowed matching with inactive patients in Vision. This is no longer possible.

  • Missing Phone Number: Fixed a bug where the phone number was missing from the header when a request was created in the client. It now displays correctly.

  • Patient Attachments: Scrolling and date display issues in patient attachments have been resolved.

  • Request Navigation: Previously, completing a request and moving to the next one before it had finished uploading to the clinical system could cause the system to kick you out of the next request. This has been fixed - users can now continue seamlessly to the next request.
