Messaging
SMS delivery status
We've made some improvements to the outbound message logs to show the accurate delivery status of any SMS.
Engage Arrive
Reporting
We've added a nice little report in the Management Console showing you appointment arrival statistics:
SystmOne flag
Engage Arrive now honours the flag that can be set against a patient's record in SystmOne to prevent them from using the appointment arrival solution on mobile or a touchscreen.
Integration with health pods
In this release, we're introducing our integration with health pods, allowing patients to input their blood pressure taken that day within a health pod on the touchscreen. The reading will be added to the patient's clinical record along with the relevant clinical codes.
Enable health pod input as required for each touchscreen running Engage Arrive where you have a health pod installed:
Bug fixes
Our development team have been super busy this release, fixing up several annoying bugs such as:
- Occasionally, requests were not translated when a patient entered a long medical problem without selecting a matching medical problem
- Opening two instances of EMIS Web could cause the Engage Desktop Client to crash
- Care navigation - rules which cover a group of patients were incorrectly showing the name of a patient rather than the name given to rule
- My Local Surgery (the online Pharmacy First service) was not opening in a new window as it should from the service information page
- The page allowing a patient to cancel an appointment after receiving an appointment reminder was showing the appointment time as one hour ahead of the actual time
