Online consultations
Send a message to a guest
You can now send messages to patients (or proxies) who have submitted a request as a guest (not signed into an account). The patient will receive a link to access the message, which is valid for a limited period. On visiting the link, they will be required to enter their date of birth to access the message.
Appointment arrivals
Share your touchscreen
You can now share your touchscreen running Engage Arrive with organisations in the same location. Enter the unique sharing code provided by the organisation that wants to share your touchscreen in the Management Console, allowing their patients to arrive for their appointments using your touchscreen.
Patients arriving for an appointment will be asked to identify themselves first, they will then be presented with the settings for the organisation who they are checking in with.
Updated Engage Arrive Mobile
Our appointment arrivals solution accessed on a mobile device has been updated to run on a modern platform, making it faster, more reliable, and easier to maintain.
Appointment reminders
Appointment reminders should not be recorded
You let us know that recording appointment reminders on the patients' clinical record was unnecessary and cluttering the records; from now on these won't be recorded. Thanks for the feedback!
Improved Engage Client performance
We're doing lots of work in the background so that pages load more quickly by dynamically loading information only when it’s needed.

Telephony integration
Patients will soon be able to complete a request for help over the telephone using an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) with one of our telephony partners. Requests will arrive in the Engage Client for triage in the same way as those completed online.
