In this release, we have completed the upgrade of our system to a modern platform, ensuring enhanced security, stability, and long-term reliability - so you can continue using it with confidence.
Clinical integration improvements
We’ve made improvements to the way our system connects with the clinical system API. These updates mean patient records can now be retrieved more efficiently, so you should notice faster access times when opening a patient’s record.
Notifying users of unattached items
When we send a request or response to the clinical record, if it isn't attached immediately, we add it to a queue to be retried. If, for any reason, the request cannot be added to the patient's record it is added to the 'Unattached items' page.
To ensure that you are aware, we have introduced notifications for any unattached items:
Click on the item to be taken to the Unattached items page, where you can reattempt attaching, download, or remove it from the list.
Users will be notified about any requests that they have sent that have failed, as well as any responses to outbound messages they have sent. Additionally, users with access to the Management Console will also be notified.
Bug fixes
Let's face it, there's always something that sneaks through...
- When adding a note to a request, the note modal stayed open.
- Some patients were having trouble submitting requests. Our developers spotted the error and fixed it up.
- Vision REST customers were occasionally being presented with a patient's previous address in the patient matching dialogue.
