You may have spotted a couple of new items in the Management Console:


Telephony


Did you know that we can offer integration with your telephony system, allowing patients to submit Engage Consult requests via an automated telephone assistant? For those patients who do not have access to online services or prefer to use the telephone, you can offer a truly equitable service, allowing them to submit a request over the telephone which can be triaged in the same way within the Engage Client. Patient comms managed service


We have partnered with Redmoor Health, who can offer a complete patient communications service for your practice.


Bug fixes


  • Some Vision customers were experiencing an issue with the 7-day blood pressure questionnaire prompting for the readings to be entered manually.
  • For those organisations using both NHS numbers and CHI numbers, the system occasionally failed to present some of the requests for a patient when searching.
  • For EMIS Web customers, when switching patients while sending an outbound message, there was a chance of the mobile number not updating correctly.
