Build your own questionnaires
We've got lots of exciting additions to our build your own questionnaire module, which can be used across our products.
Upload file
You can now add a question asking for a specific file or photo to be uploaded.
Health data inputs
You can now ask your patients to input their height, weight, or blood pressure readings, which will add fields that are automatically validated and associated with the right clinical codes.
Hint text
You'll notice, that for every question, you can now add some hint text, this can be used to guide the patient or provide an example.
Descriptive text
You can now add a passage of descriptive text within your questionnaire, which may include links to external websites.
Sharing questionnaires
Good news... you can now share the questionnaires you build with other organisations using Engage questionnaires!
Click on the Share questionnaire icon alongside the questionnaire that you want to share, and you'll be given a temporary code that will allow the questionnaire to be imported by another organisation:
Downloading questionnaires
Users completing questionnaires now have the option to download a copy of their response once submitted. We know that this is particularly valued by care homes using Engage Consult.
Accessibility
Following a regular assessment of Engage Consult, we've made some improvements to accessibility. These include ensuring the correct heading levels and focus are used, optimising the platform for screen readers.
Bug fixes
We've fixed a few bugs in this release, let's not bore you with the details of every one. Here are a couple that were spotted by our customers using Vision REST.
- SMS were occasionally being recorded against the wrong staff member
- Appointment booking link was unavailable for a newly matched request
Meningitis outbreak
We've added some resources related to the recent meningitis outbreak here which can be used across our products.
