Engage Call
Videos
You can now upload larger videos to display on your waiting room TVs, we'll resize them if necessary for you, and we'll let you know how the upload is progressing.

Engage Arrive
Touchscreen interface
Engage Arrive runs on a variety of touchscreen devices with different screen resolutions. We've increased the size of some of the buttons to make checking in even easier.
We've also removed padding from the header to ensure that the organisation name displays on one line wherever possible.

Engage Agent
Agent as a service
For many of you, we have already upgraded your Engage Agent to the new service, allowing it to launch and run in the background. In this release, we've updated the Clinical integration page in the Management Console for the new service. Contact us if you need assistance installing or configuring an Engage Agent.
Agent status
When you next update your Engage Agent service, you'll notice a new Engage Agent icon on your desktop, this gives quick access to the agent status page - our support agents may ask you to open this page if required.

Teamwork - multiple agents
We've done some work behind the scenes to ensure that if an Engage Agent encounters an error, another available agent will automatically take over.
Engage Consult
Smart triage
We're very excited to announce that we're working on something very special: the integration of our online consultation with a smart triage engine. The certified class IIb medical device will gather the information needed from your patients based on the symptoms reported, their risk factors, and areas traveled to, to triage their medical consultation accordingly.

Request list loading times
We've done some important work in the background, moving completed messages to a separate table. This will significantly speed up the loading times of request lists in the Engage Client.
Accessibility
We regularly have Engage Consult assessed for accessibility, and have added a couple of improvements in this release:
- The aria-label now clearly communicates the navigation function of the NHS logo in the header
- Skip to main content link now has the correct de
Bug fixes
- Vision REST customers adding appointment booking links reported seeing inactive staff in the list of clinicians
- Vision REST customers also reported that inactive staff were being imported for Engage Arrive
- Appointment times could wrongly be affected by the time zone on a patient's device
- Customers in Wales were unable to create a care navigation rule for a medical problem
