Management Console
New sections
We've tidied up the Management Console, dividing it into sections of Your services and Other services available. We hope this makes it easier for you to manage the modules that you currently use.

Documents
We now publish documents, including your Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us, in your Management Console. You will find this in the Admin area of the Advanced section:

These documents can be digitally signed, and will remain here for viewing.
Questionnaires
For questions with a multi-line freetext input, we will ensure that any line break entered by the patient/proxy will be honoured when viewing their response in the Engage Client.
Items that fail to attach
We've renamed the Unattached items group in the left navigation menu within Requests to Failed to attach to make it clearer. You will only see items in here that have failed to attach to the patients' records after a user has specifically sent the request to clinical. As before, you can send all to clinical if, for example, the failures were caused by a temporary outage of your clinical system or you can download each and remove from the list individually if necessary.
Bug fixes
As happens with software, a couple of bugs sneaked in, but we've squashed them!
- Message translation occasionally failed to load
- Opening a web link could break the flow of a questionnaire on iOS
- Additional clinical codes (for example, in a questionnaire) were not attached to patient records in EMIS PCS
