Appointment booking
Offer your patients the opportunity to book an appointment at a date/time that is convenient to them. Appointment booking links can be filtered by clinician, appointment type, location, and/or date range.
Appointment booking links can be used in two-way messaging following receipt of a medical consultation or admin query, as well as outbound messaging.

Friends & Family Test following appointment
Our system can automatically invite your patients to complete the Friends & Family Test following an appointment. You can enable and configure when invitations are sent in your Management Console.
Slot types for appointment reminders
You can now restrict which appointment types you send appointment reminders for.
Cancel appointment option for reminders
Your patients will now have the option to cancel an appointment if you use our appointment reminders feature. The system will automatically cancel the appointment for you without any manual intervention required, helping to reduce those DNAs.
Cancel appointment option when allocating an appointment
Your patients will also now have the option to cancel an appointment that has been allocated within a message.
